IN ALL CASES, GFC'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GFC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR AUD $50.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
